There’s no doubt that the term ‘global supply chain crisis’ has been across your news feed at some point this month.  It’s impacted everything from cars at dealerships to microchips in outsourced components from Asia.  Ships are logjammed outside ports around the United States and North America.  Los Angeles, Long Beach, Savannah, Georgia, and even Vancouver, British Columbia in Canada.  You may be wondering if you should even ask about a new industrial control panel given the economic climate.    

While we have also felt some of the effects of the supply chain issues, we source many of our components from multiple vendors and work with local suppliers so we can to ensure that our custom-built industrial control panels have as little ebb and flow from global logistics as possible.  We also keep many components local and in-house to keep our prices competitive.  When we know a product or material will be delayed we build that into schedules and immediately communicate updates to you, our valued customers.

What We Do

Beyond our industrial control panels, we also provide control systems, operator consoles, wire and cable, control components and construct complete trailers and pop up cabs used at various sites.  Some of our recent customers have needed them for the aggregate and logging industries, but we can create them for any industry on a custom basis.  Each trailer can incorporate industrial panels, use VFDs (variable frequency drives), external switches for easy access, pushbutton consoles, external electrical trailer connections for easy hookup, and pop-up cabs complete with HVAC and ladders.

We have a large selection of components used in the custom mobile trailers in-stock and most are locally sourced to reduced supply chain issues.  For our current customers that need service over the winter months, we have a large selection of components on the shelves too.  We can support local service calls, whether your control cabinet was built by us or not.  We want to keep your business running through the holiday season and into 2022.
